Graduated in Biology from the University of Lausanne, Paolo has extensive experience in Start-ups and SMEs in innovative markets, green economy, agritech, biotech and medtech, having designed and implemented various business strategies, corporate turnarounds and structuring of sales force throughout Europe, North and Central America. Since 2021 active in strategic advisory and M&A dedicated to SMEs sharing his experience and know-how with entrepreneurs.

Davide Rigamonti
FOUNDING PARTNER
Graduated in Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan, Davide carried out his career as a top manager in the banking and financial sector (payment, lending and corporate finance) in important European financial institutions, where he twice held the role of CEO in the payment and lending sector in Italy and Switzerland and C-level positions in EU. He has gained specific skills in M&A operations, corporate restructuring and financing, and has a deep knowledge of people management and coaching.

Regina spent more than a decade in the fintech industry worldwide. During that time she developed international strategic partnerships, executed M&A projects, and negotiated complex contracts with global organizations including Mastercard, J.P. Morgan, and First Data. In addition Regina taught International Business at UNC Wilmington. She views every transaction as the beginning of a lasting relationship, focusing on aligning the right buyer with the right seller to achieve a successful, win-win closing.
